The position of Business Intelligence (BI) Developer is responsible for translating business needs into technical specifications and building BI solutions accordingly. Designing and deploying reporting tools, maintaining data analytics platforms, and creating databases to store data. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting, improving existing BI systems, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data-driven solutions.
- Conducts data analysis, develop visualizations and reports, and collaborate with teams to integrate systems.
- Designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions.
- Crafting and executing queries upon request for data.
- Presenting information through reports and visualization.
- Communicate with internal and external customers during the analysis and development phases and collaborate on feature and product direction.
- Develop SQL queries to be used within application code as well as for operational tasks.
- Create build scripts for deployment to test and production servers.
- Designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions.

- Presenting information through reports and visualization.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience as a data scientist or BI Developer.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining.
- In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework.
- Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI).
- Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.

- Crafting and executing queries upon request for data.
- Presenting information through reports and visualization.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other RDMS. (Oracle, MySQL, etc).
- Experience with AWS a plus.
