TITLE: Business Intelligence ManagerLOCATION: RemoteANTICIPATED DURATION: Direct HireBusiness Intelligence Manager Responsibilities:Design and manage the overall Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure, utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform and other tools as necessary.Oversee data architecture, including data modeling and mapping, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting and analytics.Collaborate with department leaders in merchandising, operations, and sales to analyze data and identify trends that support strategic business decisions.Ensure data quality and governance, implementing best practices for scalable BI systems.Lead the development of reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Assist business users in understanding complex data and leveraging reports to drive performance improvement.Maintain a BI roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that align with business objectives.Continuously enhance BI tools and processes to keep pace with industry trends and technological advancements.Business Intelligence Manager Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.Proven experience (5+ years) in Business Intelligence, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI and related technologies.Proficient in data architecture, governance, and modeling best practices.Experience in report development, data mapping, and ensuring data quality across large datasets.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively across functions and build strong relationships with internal departments.Business Intelligence Manager Preferred Experience:Experience in retail or convenience store operations is a plus.Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or SQL Server.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying trends and opportunities.The compensation range for this position is $100,000 to 140,000 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).Synergis is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
