The impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Enterprise Digital Solutions Team, the Associate Director will support the business by managing a variety of department-wide activities, working with key internal partners, driving team-wide processes, and acting as the point of contact for internal governance activities. In addition, the Business Management Associate Director will find opportunities for operational improvements and drive consistencies across the businesses by implementing changes that improve the organization's efficiency.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

* Serve as a trusted advisor to the business in assisting to define and direct the strategy, organizational design, key priorities, and decisions in pursuit of the vision and business outcomes

* Support the operationalization of annual business plans including objectives, strategies, and execution plans for the business

* Empower the team through data insights and drive cross-functional coordination to support business decision making by developing PowerBI dashboards, enabling the department to operate as a business

* Drive the development and completion of department-wide activities. This includes budgeting, strategy sessions, and town halls

* Develop monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports and materials for Senior Executives and facilitate internal meetings, including business reviews etc.

* Identify risk mitigating and efficiency opportunities in day-to-day activity and ensure any solutions are implemented consistently across the businesses

* Support key internal and external governance forums as relevant to the business by developing materials, ensuring critical matters are raised at these forums and are resolved by working with cross functional partners

* Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior

Qualifications:

* Minimum 8 years of related experience

* Master's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience

* Very proficient in PowerBI, PowerPoint, and Excel

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
