- Manage all aspects of paperwork management and delivery management: Conduct the sales and finance process in a manner consistent with a positive customer experience.
- Verifies automobile purchase information by reviewing sales contract data; conferring with sales department; making adjustments as needed.
- Assesses and analyzes the customer's needs with respect to ownership, coverage and history of traded vehicle.
- Presents finance and insurance product menu to every customer while illustrating the product benefits and features. Answer questions from customers and overcomes objections.
- Submits credit and obtains approval from lending institution.
- Ensures necessary documentation for each deal is complete.
- Able to achieve production and volume goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity.
