Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree is preferred; however, will consider an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience in Business Management. Position Summary Incumbent will prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, terminations, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software. This includes training new employees on the OneUSG Connect system and providing guidance to supervisors and employees. This position will review payroll reports for all payrolls ensuring accuracy and monitor temporary employees for potential ACA violations. They will also run system reports to make sure that inactive employees are terminated and will monitor the invalid funding report for each pay period, requesting combo codes for new accounts, as needed. This position also calls for providing backup assistance during the absence of other business support staff, as needed. They will assist team leads with the training of other business support staff and will serve as a p-card approver, ensuring policies are followed and all required forms are attached in Works.
