Department Overview:Business Execution Enablement Team within Deputy Treasurer oversees key business programs and routines which supports a broad range of activities for US Treasury. Our mandate is to provide centralized program management oversight of business operations, management, and governance routines to position US Treasury to operate effectively while prioritizing consistency in approach and transparency for Senior Management. This is accomplished by leading and supporting self-funded initiatives that provide intrinsic value to the needs of the organization and providing single point of contact for coordination, tracking and management of certain administrative activities impacting US Treasury, seeking to reduce the burden for our business partners, allowing them to focus on the day-to-day business operations.
