This position is for Generations of Red Bay, an established and thriving nursing home located in Red Bay, Alabama. We are currently seeking a Human Resources/Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable. The pay rate will be offered based on experience.Hours are 8 AM-4:30 PMVacation offered after 1 year of employment; personal leave days accrued after six months.Requirements:
- Long term care Business Office / Accounting experience preferred
- Basic phone skills
- Outgoing personality to communicate between residents, sponsors, and staff
- Computer skills (able to use MS Word and Excel)
- Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources
- Must be a self-starter
Responsibilities:
- Processing payroll
- Reviewing and recording of Accounts Payable
- Maintaining day to day operations of Accounts Receivable
- Assist with admissions and referrals, insurance verification
- Communicating and assisting with families
- Other duties as assigned.
