**Description:**
The Alverno is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Office Assistant with accounts payable experience to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process invoices and payments accurately and timely.
+ Maintain and update vendor records.
+ Assist with monthly reconciliations and reporting.
+ Support the finance team with various administrative tasks.
+ Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in accounts payable or similar role.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, and Word)
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of team.
