Overview:
The purpose of the Business Office Manager at the Highmark Corporate level is to perform the business office functions in accordance with proper accounting and recording systems and established community procedures and methods. This position oversees 8-10 Edencrest communities in the Des Moines, IA area for Highmark. This person exercises discretion and independent judgment in matters of financial significance as it relates to monthly billing and collection procedures. This position also provides analysis, other key management reports and may manage the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and Reception processes. Experiencing working in Senior Living is required.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS - Education
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business related field (such as accounting, finance, management, healthcare, etc.) is preferred
