Camellia Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Business Office Manager to join our team.

What you will do:
- Direct and coordinate the functions and activities of the business office
- Maximize cash flow through efficient billing and collection processes
- Monitor and collect Account Receivables, submit deposits to bank
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, resident funds and cash receipts
- Assist residents with their Medicaid applications and supporting documents needed
- Work with Billing Company to track all accounts recievable activity, open private balances and Medicaid application process
- Report delinquent accounts to the Nursing Home Administrator
What you need:
- Minimum of one (1) year business office in a healthcare setting related experience a plus.
- Office management experience preferred.
- Collections history a plus.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, NC Tracks, Approved Admissions and Internet navigation.
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
- Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
