Camellia Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Business Office Manager to join our team.

What you will do:

  • Direct and coordinate the functions and activities of the business office
  • Maximize cash flow through efficient billing and collection processes
  • Monitor and collect Account Receivables, submit deposits to bank
  • Accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, resident funds and cash receipts
  • Assist residents with their Medicaid applications and supporting documents needed
  • Work with Billing Company to track all accounts recievable activity, open private balances and Medicaid application process
  • Report delinquent accounts to the Nursing Home Administrator

What you need:

  • Minimum of one (1) year business office in a healthcare setting related experience a plus.
  • Office management experience preferred.
  • Collections history a plus.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, NC Tracks, Approved Admissions and Internet navigation.
  • Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
  • Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
