About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A, this high-visibility role involves partnering with Finance, Product, and Monetization leadership to support Twitch's quarterly business reviews, KPI management, competitive intelligence reporting, and financial forecasting. The ideal candidate will synthesize business insights into executive-level narratives, build strong stakeholder relationships, and maintain meticulous attention to detail in writing and variance analysis.

You Will
* Support Twitch's Quarterly Business Review (QBR), including creating a workback plan between Amazon Finance and Twitch internal stakeholders, crafting the overall QBR narrative, and creating executive level presentations.
* Partner with Twitch leadership to manage our key KPIs including goal creation, status updates, and external reporting.
* Own Twitch's Competitive Analysis and Benchmarking report which includes researching the latest industry trends and earnings reports to provide key insights to our leadership team.
* Assist in preparing annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and develop financial insights to ensure effective financial management.
* Provide monthly financial updates to partner organizations.
* Enhance existing financial models or develop new financial models for AWS cost management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Business major
* 3+ years of experience, including a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Corporate FP&A or Business Operations
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in managing KPIs across multiple teams
* Experience using enterprise planning systems (e.g. Cognos TM1, Oracle Hyperion or SAP) for analysis and reporting
* Strong understanding of FP&A reporting requirements and US GAAP principles
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience with Tableau or other dashboarding tools
* Experience with financial planning tools (Cognos TM1, SAP, Oracle)
* Previous experience in the Live Streaming, Gaming, Entertainment or Consulting Industry

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $74,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $159,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
