Synterex, Inc. is a global consortium of highly experienced clinical development professionals specializing in medical writing, submission publishing, and clinical science and operations support. Synterex offers remote or on-site services, with a focus on providing clear, concise, accurate, and fully compliant documentation, from early drug development through post-approval.We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Operations Associate. This role would report directly to the Principal, Business Operations and will enable the qualified candidate to expand their existing skill sets while gaining exposure to the operations of a high-growth organization. To be successful in this role, you should be self-motivated and ambitious with an eagerness to learn. The right candidate will have the ability to grow with the company and direct their learning opportunities.Length of assignment: PermanentLocation: Hybrid; must be able to attend occasional client meetings on site as neededEssential Duties & Responsibilities• Assist with managing client relationships, ensuring client needs are met and prospecting future opportunities• Help to create client contracts and amendments• Ensure all contracts are active and the business is operating within the scope of contract• Drive the collection of metrics and other key performance indicators• Assist with documentation of client projects• Analyze processes for potential areas of increased efficiency (e.g., automation, training opportunities) for business operations• Ad-hoc requests as needed and as directed by the head of Business Operations or PresidentAdditional Responsibilities• Handle all office management duties for executive staff,including but not limited to, calendar events, setting up meetings, screening requests, and setting travel arrangements• Prioritizing the executive staff emails and responding when necessary and reasonableRequirements• 0-2 years of related experience, with some experience in the life sciences or healthcare fields a plus• Highly organized, dependable, and committed to the high standards that help differentiate Synterex• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills• Highly attentive to details, analytical and able to shift priorities as needed• Microsoft Office experience requires• Knowledge of Wrike and NetSuite a plusFor further information or to apply, please reach out to ...@synterex.com.
