Must Haves:

  • Proven communication skills to interact with team members
  • Proven critical thinking skills to resolve questions and problems related to orders.
  • Strong organizational skills a must.

Day to Day:

This company is a growing, international manufacturer, that is looking to add a Project Manager to their team. The Business Operations Coordinator will work closely with the external customers contacts/technical staff and our local and global PMO, as well as sales, engineering, quality and manufacturing teams to monitor orders and monitor service after the sale. This role will be responsible for tracking and monitoring the internal engineering design, procurement, production planning, quality requirements and test specifications of every assigned project. A successful candidate must be able to work comfortably with all levels of an organization, gain an understanding of all technical aspects of the product and work with the complexity of the internal processes needed to ensure we meet all contractual requirements. She/he must be able to handle multiple tasks and complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.

Compensation: $55,000 to $70,000 per year annual salary + 3-7% Annual Bonus
