In collaboration with our Business Operations Team, you'll be the glue that ensures our clients are huge fans of our company while supporting our 50+ staff with thriving in their various roles.
Hours:
8:30AM to 5:30PM PT | Monday through Friday
Work Location:
Fully virtual with occasional local travel in the Southern California area for EXPERT EFFECT events, networking opportunities and staff connects.
The Role:
- Respond to a significant volume of emails and inquiries from current clients and EXPERT EFFECT team members in a timely manner
- Run point on logistics for company workshops, partner events, staff gatherings and STRESS-RESILIENCY EXPERIENCES
- Generate Service Agreements and Fee Schedules
- Collaborate with the CEO + Founder and Client Solutions Manager to execute business initiatives
- Manage the client and prospective client database of the company via HubSpot
- Coordinate new client/team member onboarding and offboarding
- Manage the document storage solution of the company
- Provide scheduling and travel arrangement support for the CEO + Founder and Client Solutions Manager (plus EXPERT Team when needed)
- Monitor and respond to company email inbox and voice mail system
- Coordinate the electronic signing solution of the company
- Coordinate large scale initiatives for clients that want to tap EXPERT EFFECT for Executive Coaching, Micro Mental Resiliency/Immune Boost Sessions or the STRESS-RESILIENCY PROCESS FOR HIGH PERFORMERS
- Manage all aspects of company software systems of the Biz Ops Team plus those that are deployed for use by our clients or team members (collaborating with our IT Consultant when needed)
- Accounts receivable responsibilities
- Special projects to improve operational efficiency/impact of the company that are delegated by the Client Solutions Manager
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to develop an amazing rapport with our team, clients and prospective clients
- Superior attention to detail, creativity and problem-solving skills
- Dynamic and relational on the people front
- Superb time effectiveness while navigating multiple responsibilities
- Incredibly savvy with navigating software programs
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in the business environment
- At least 1 year of business operations experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent educational knowledge through life/job experience)
- Human Resources experience a plus
