- Create and maintain account and contact information in our customer relationship management system.
- Manage customer accounts, including new client paperwork and tax documentation, corporate, financial, and other account details.
- Support Sales Development team by assisting with opportunity management, tracking activities, and performing data analysis.
- Optimize the effectiveness of our Business Development Managers and their respective sales opportunities by executing Sales-related administrative tasks.
- Liaise with BDMs, internal colleagues, and external clients with contract management efforts, including the sourcing and archival storage of signed contracts.
- Generate insightful reports as needed, using information in the CRM tool to support client relations and sales efforts, and to ensure accuracy with financial forecasts.
- Maintain timely and accurate information in multiple systems and make suggestions for efficiencies and improvements.
- Research billback costs, source T&E expenses and vendor invoices, and vet final invoice costs with BDM before presenting final invoice to client.
- Partner with Accounts Receivable, Sales Operations, and Inside Sales to finalize accurate invoices to be presented to customers.
Who you are:
- Hyper vigilant organizational skills.
- Understanding of remote production and/or operations, including standard language and terminology.
- Excellent communication skills, both with internal partners and external clients.
- Appreciation and desire for improved systems management.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software and general computer software.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively when needed.
- Ability to work within assigned deadlines, prioritize with little guidance, and ask clarifying questions.
- Strong problem-identifying and solving skills.
- College / University degree, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum two years of work experience, preferably in a Sales Support or Customer Service role.
- Knowledge of, or previous experience using, Salesforce as a Customer Relationship Management tool.
- Experience with data analysis and report preparation.
