About the Role

We are growing fast and looking to expand our early team. You will be an important difference-maker on our team working cross-functionally across Customer Success, Operations, Sales, Growth, and Product while driving the operational excellence of our team. If you want to be the go-to fixer, take on any task and just get it done - this is the right role for you.

• Bachelor's degree at top university
• Have previously done something undeniably exceptional or there is something really interesting/rare about the candidate
• High Aptitude - they have to be incredibly smart
• 2 - 6 years of experience doing generalist work at an early stage start up

Compensation: $80,000-120,000
