Business Operations Manager

As a Business Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in building out our knowledge-sharing marketplace. You will be directly responsible for scaling our business by partnering closely with our Sales, Client Solutions, and Leadership as well as Enterprise clients to support the business s most pressing initiatives.

This role is fast-paced and highly operational, with an emphasis on leading initiatives and taking actions that drive core business outcomes. You will work across go-to-market, core business delivery and performance management ( Business Operations ), and strategic initiatives. You will push the pace of the organization and empower our teams to move more quickly and level-up how we work in order to meet our growth targets.

Ideal candidates have prior experience working in management consulting, investing, or other highly operational and analytical roles.

What you will do:

Own dashboards and analysis to support core delivery and business decision-making.

  • Build out and own account health and adoption dashboards to support customer success and expand motion.
  • Own core business reporting and dashboard creation, supporting sales and post-sales teams to hit company goals.
  • Support weekly Business Operations, mirroring Uber s weekly NACS meeting.

Drive improvements in key business metrics:

  • Support leadership with analyses and reporting on key business metrics that drive business health (e.g., average order volume, % gross margin, etc.) to easily identify shifts.
  • Own initiatives to improve underlying drivers of key metrics to drive better business outcomes (e.g., drive 5 percentage point increase in margin in Q3).

Drive go-to-market outcomes in partnership with Sales:

  • Own account segmentation and lead-list development for new markets:
  • Bring new products to market.
  • Establish and improve our expand motion: Establish and own systematic expansion efforts for top accounts, including identifying leads, driving top-of-funnel for new team onboarding, and owning a referral engine by managing relationships with key champion users.

Pay Transparency Notice:

Full-time offers from Office Hours also include target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).

Pay range:

  • Base: $90,000 $120,000, based on seniority and relevant experience.
  • Bonus: $10,000-20,000, based on seniority and relevant experience.

This is a hybrid role, in-office in SoHo 2-3 times per week.
