About the team We are looking for an experienced Biz Dev Manager to join our US TikTok Shopping customer User Growth team. Responsibilities -- Drive TikTok Shop US consumer growth and implement relevant best-selling product strategies for first-time consumers and repeat customers. - Own and manage daily, weekly and monthly reporting for the User Growth Seller landscape - Work in parallel with XFN teams, to organize and coordinate projects, produce analysis, reviews and insights with the Account Managers and Business Analysts - Provide action plans and timelines for performance improvement as needed - Manage existing Seller relationships and accelerate Seller success through incentive-based, time-bound programs to provide visibility, reach and sell-through - Accumulate and share knowledge to drive best practices with internal and external teams Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Communications, or a related field. - 3+ years working in the US e-commerce landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution, and mobile transformation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in a highly results-oriented environment with external customer interaction are required. - Good at cross-team collaboration and moving things forward, and able to drive successful projects with a wide range of people. - Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and explain complex concepts. - Good data sense, ability to deal with complex business analysis and intelligence in defining opportunities. - Quick learner, proactive and resilient, and can cope well under pressure. Preferred Qualifications - Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Communications, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in e-commerce.
