Veteran-owned, business capital firm is seeking high performing transitioning service members to partner with to operate and own enduringly profitable small businesses. This role is an excellent fit for proven entrepreneurial leaders. This company is a micro-cap private equity firm, targeting and acquiring enduringly profitable businesses with between $300K-$500K in annual profits.The firm recruits, trains, and places high performing military veterans into the operating roles in these acquired businesses. The client is a former US Army officer, small business owner, and Harvard MBA graduate.Candidates initially receive a two-month, intensive business bootcamp, focused on providing the business foundations to successfully own and operate an existing small business. This training is running concurrently with the due diligence and acquisition of the small business the veteran will be operating.After the completion of the business boot camp and the acquisition of the targeted business, the veteran will be full time operator and majority owner of the acquired business. The client will provide ongoing strategic assistance to the operator as a minority shareholder.Operators will be paid the two-month initial training, and the pay will increase while operating the business. In addition to the salary, operators will receive 65% of the distributed after-tax business profits of their company (projected to be) and own 65% of the equity value of their company.Base, company dividends, company equity share.
