Join CommunityCommunity Health Network was created by our neighbors, for our neighbors. Over 60 years later, community is still the heart of our organization. It means providing our neighbors with the best care possible, backed by state-of-the-art technology. It means getting involved in the communities we serve through volunteer opportunities and benefits initiatives. It means ensuring our dedicated caregivers can learn and grow to stay at the top of their fields and to better serve our patients. And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered - and we couldn't do it without you. Make a DifferenceThe primary role of the Business Process Analyst is to ensure that business processes and supporting systems continue to meet business project stakeholders needs. This position will be the key liaison between Clinical, Operational, IT, and Analytics staff that implement business process management technology-based solutions and the line-of-business staff that performs the process work. The Business Process Analyst must straddle the IT, analytics, and business domains and communicate between each side. The Business Process Analyst is a hands-on worker who will drive the creation of process models and work with others to provide the supporting process ecosystem and implementations (including screen interactions, dashboards, rule management, and optimization algorithms). With limited guidance the Business Process Analyst supports the business process owner, enabling them to make better decisions about changing processes to drive higher performance outcomes consistently. Exceptional Skills and QualificationsApplicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and serve as a Network champion and expert on The Way We Improve Framework (TWWI), Community's process improvement methodology.
