We are actively seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to join our team in Salisbury, MD. The Business Process Analyst will work across all areas of Perdue AgriBusiness to assess, design, and implement new and improved business processes.
The salary range for this position is $73,000 - $109,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the business processes and systems used throughout Perdue AgriBusiness (PAB)
* Provide liaison between Information Technology and Perdue AgriBusiness departments and users. Partner with PAB business leaders to develop strategic data visualizations (dashboards) that support business outcomes
* Works with the team and customers to define business requirements, identify data sources, resolve technical issues, and provide training for individuals to run reports on their own, as applicable
* Coordination with other internal and external databases to provide accurate and timely information and analysis for decision-making, market research, strategic planning, business development, and service evaluation
* Standardize processes and build core analytical capabilities to improve the quality of data and transform decision-making intelligence and planning across the organization
* Meets with key stakeholders to present and review data output to improve operational performance, support decisions and enhance planning efforts
* Continually explore opportunities to improve processes in the ongoing development of analytical tools and models, ad-hoc reports, dashboards and analysis
* Support existing and new PAB Business Process Systems as assigned, and facilitate enhancements and upgrades to those systems as requested and prioritized by the business
Minimum Education
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Information Systems, Accounting, or Business
Experience Requirements
* 3 - 7 years of experience in business process improvement
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and analysis skills
* Understanding of Business Process Management tools and techniques, process designs, implementation, and improvement
* Competent in working at all phases of applications systems analysis and design activities
* Knowledge of system configuration, master data, and metadata
* Understanding of the agricultural business industry and processes
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
* Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings
* May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another
* May need to access files, supplies, and equipment
* Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment
