We're hiring a Business Process Analyst to lead innovation and re-engineer processes that drive operational success! In this role, you'll play a key part in continuous improvement, Agile Scrum leadership, and business process engineering, supporting the Marine Corps through strategic assessment and collaboration.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline
  • 2+ years, with expertise in risk management, internal controls, and relevant functional domain operations or projects
  • Required Certifications: ScrumMaster, Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA)

The ideal candidate for this Business Process Analyst role will be highly skilled in driving continuous improvement and process re-engineering efforts. They will possess a deep understanding of assessing business operations, particularly when it comes to calculating resource requirements and optimizing workflows. This individual will have experience identifying risks within business processes and will propose effective internal controls to mitigate those risks. Additionally, they will lead Agile Scrum ceremonies, ensuring strict adherence to delivery methodologies while facilitating collaboration across teams. Their ability to design process improvements that align with Pega development standards will be essential in enhancing operational efficiency and achieving strategic objectives.
