What You Will Bring:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in coordination of corporate processes
* Flexible mindset and ability to work autonomously on topics involving transverse work processes
* Excellent organization skills, rigor and resilience to deliver required elements in complex environments
* Synthetic and structured analysis aimed to facilitate decision-taking from top management
* Financial planning and/or controlling skills
* Experience in renewable energy industry and especially offshore wind industry is a strong plus
* Master's degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
* Frequent travel between project and company offices required.
Your Role:
The job holder under the supervision of the VP Offshore Wind US will
* play a key role in the business units' participation in the Company's rolling 5-year Long Term Planning (LTP),
* coordinate and transfer expert knowledge on all corporate planning & organizational workstreams,
* support OFW projects throughout decision making and reporting processes.

Activities
The Business Process Lead will be actively involved of all aspects of operational management of the US OFW business units by contributing especially as follows:
* Business Unit
* Drive & coordinate business units input into Company's rolling 5-year Long Term Planning (LTP)
* Coordinate budgeting & cost control processes in close coordination with REN/US & REN/OFW
* Maintain and transfer expert knowledge on committees planning, organization & governance
* Coordinate implementation and awareness training of the REN/OFW-led Business Processes
* Coordinate initiatives to improve efficiency aiming at installing and executing best practices
* Coordinate corporate planning & organizational workstreams with other business units and support functions within REN/US
* Contribute to implementation of dedicated tools at BU level to improve Executive Planning, HR planning, Finance reports, office occupancy, etc.
* US OFW Projects
* Maintain governance schedule for all projects' committee processes
* Organize and coordinate processes for internal committee approvals including outreach and feedback solicitation from internal stakeholders and contributors
* Support project directors and asset managers throughout committee preparation process
* Coordinate and contribute to presentations to central units including preparation committee, reporting, seminar, or other relevant documents
* Liaise with project teams to ensure consistency and quality of all committee relevant documentation
* Coordinate & streamline regular reporting to REN/US & REN/OFW and provision of relevant inputs into REN dashboards
