A recognized services organization in New York City is looking to add a new Business Process Reengineer / Analyst to their team. In this role, the Business Process Reengineer / Analyst will be responsible for leading HR operations transformation projects with a focus on analyzing, optimizing, and reengineering workflows to enhance efficiency, transparency, and communication across the organization.
About the Opportunity:
- Assignment Length: 9 months (possible extension)
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to analyze current workflows and identify improvements
- Create process maps and flowcharts for visualization
- Develop and prioritize optimization strategies to reduce inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Document and recommend integration optimizations for data and system flows
- Track performance metrics and KPIs for process improvements
- Lead process validation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Deliver gap analyses and recommendations to stakeholders through professional presentations
- Stay updated on process engineering best practices and HR industry standards
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering and/or HR Reengineering projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field
- Expertise in HRIS, Data Flows, and Software Integrations
- Proficient in Process Modeling and Optimization tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
