DescriptionJob Summary:Position for various levels for experience including Fellow: Under limited supervision, define and clearly articulate requirements (user stories) and acceptance criteria (user cases).Responsible for providing program/project planning and management across multiple stakeholder groups to support standing up a new decision analytics organization for Enterprise demand and capacity management. Driving change and implementing processes across multiple groups to implement a systematic and data-driven approach to demand management analytics, centralizing and consolidating insights and facts to enhance business decision making to deliver value.Responsibilities -* Ensures that business priorities are visible, established, and communicated* Works with minimal management supervision to maintain progress and accomplish project goals.* Builds and leverages solid working relationships with stakeholders* Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills.* Knowledge of standard program and financial management techniques.* Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.* Perform other duties as assigned.* Working knowledge of data analytics tools and environments including but not limited to PowerBi, SQL, AzureSkills -* Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.* Experience with data integration and business intelligence applications* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.* QDM Certification is a plusDomicile Information: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential.
