The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) acts as a trusted advisor and liaison between IT and various stakeholder groups within the Firm, including practice areas and administrative departments. This role is central to managing IT demand and prioritizing the Firm's strategic technology needs. The BRM participates throughout the IT solution delivery lifecycle, including strategic planning, solution design, and organizational change management, to ensure new technology solutions align with Firm requirements and are successfully adopted. A qualified candidate will have a college degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Finance, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic technology planning and organizational change management. They should possess strong project management skills, familiarity with program management and governance frameworks, and experience in building relationships with C-suite executives. Key responsibilities include advising stakeholders on IT strategy, collaborating with IT leadership to align solutions with Firm needs, leading new project intake and justification, managing IT demand, and supporting change management strategies. The role also involves upholding confidentiality and discretion. This position is exempt, reports to the Director of Solution Delivery, and is a hybrid role with a salary range of $129,500 to $182,000.
