Partner Community Capital (PCAP) is looking for a collaborative and team-oriented Business Services Coordinator!As the Business Services Coordinator, you will manage PCAP's business advisory services and technical assistances contracting and maintain service provider and referral partner relationships associated with PCAP's programs. In addition to contracting, the Business Services Coordinator will support data collection for impact reporting. The Business Services Coordinator reports to the Business Services Manager. Requirements:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Communications, Marketing, or closely related field and at least one (1) year of experience in business administration, preferably in a nonprofit setting. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Our ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, be team-oriented, have unwavering attention to detail, have a strong sense of ownership for assigned work functions, and work both independently and as a team member. Responsibilities:
- Fosters respectful, solution-oriented client relationships.
- Manages technical assistance (TA) client requests, supports TA project scoping, and tracks project implementation for PCAP's TA programs; coordinates with client and service providers as needed.
- Identifies and vets potential TA service providers.
- Collects and manages client and impact data.
- Develops TA referral relationships with other business support providers; co-refers clients and coordinates TA services as needed.
- Works with Finance Team to document procurement process and processes payments to service providers.
- Assists Development & Impact Teams with grant and other impact reporting.
- Represents and promotes PCAP at meetings, conferences, and other events as needed.
- Other duties as assigned related to contracting, advisory services/TA product development, implementation, tracking and reporting.
Compensation, Benefits, and Location:This position offers a competitive salary, $55,000 to $65,000 commensurate with experience, and is a full-time, remote position. Candidates must be physically located in West Virginia and be able to travel to PCAP's various office sites across the state for periodic team meetings.
