Under the general supervision of the Executive Director of Business or Designee, to perform a variety of specialized and complex accounting and financial records management and reporting functions, including double entry bookkeeping activities, for the assigned areas of the fiscal record keeping system; provide explanations of laws, regulations and policies to other staff and the public; interprets and apply federal, state and local guidelines; and do other related work as required.

Requirements / Qualifications
Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade. (Completion of one year of accounting coursework is desirable.) Five years of increasingly responsible experience in financial recordkeeping. (Two years of college with major course work in accounting, financial recordkeeping or a related subject may be substituted for one year of the required experience.)
