In addition, the Business Solutions Production Support Clerical is responsible for performing moderately complex data entry duties and applying basic accounting principles. Also takes internal phone calls to support Member Services.Responsibilities:Scope of the RoleThe Business Solutions Production Support Clerical I focuses on specific tasks or facets of the company as assigned by their direct leader. The Business Solutions Production Support Clerical I is responsible for completing tactile tasks and completing assigned work duties that help drive the success of the organization.The Business Solutions Production Support Clerical I will have the ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with internal and external contacts, meet deadlines, organization and time management, and the ability to maintain autonomy while working on projects and duties.Performance OutcomesPayment Processing and Member SupportAccurately process/input payments to membersProvide support to Member Services as needed via incoming calls and emailProcess new member applicationsProcess reinstatements, cancellations, and changes to membershipsProcess upgrades and downgradesProductivityAchieve daily/monthly productivity expectations related to productionWork all incoming business, meeting production timelinesOther duties as assigned by leadershipEducation, Knowledge, and ExperienceHigh school degree equivalent; Some college, Preferred0-1+ years prior experience working in customer serviceBasic knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communicationExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesRequires an ability to handle multiple deadlines, provide a detail-oriented, and analytical approach to daily duties and relationship building with a high degree of confidentiality.An ability to handle multiple deadlines, while working independently and maintaining a high degree of attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and sense of urgency.Requires an individual with a positive professional attitude who can work as a part of a team or individually.Critical thinking and problem-solving skillsProactive approach with a passion for service and an ability to thrive in a results-driven environmentRequires the ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to change.FLSA StatusThis is a non-exempt position.Physical Requirements/ Work EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics and physical demands described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
