In this role you will be part of the acquisition management team.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and support the execution of funds for IARPA's portfolio.Monitor financial and programmatic status of contract activities and reporting deadlines.Prepare regular reports to brief IARPA and ODNI on the state of grants and execution.Author enterprise-level work products necessary to provide guidance.Provide oversight of execution of the approved budgetProvide accurate, consistent, and timely budget status information to stakeholdersIdentify and recommend opportunities to increase efficiencies and reduce costsQualificationsRequired:CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI federal security clearance with PolygraphFive (5) or more years of relevant financial experience within the IC or DoDBachelor's degree in System Engineering, Operations Research, Cost Analysis, Mathematics, Finance, Business Administration or related fieldStrong organizational and time-management skillsDesired:Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience providing oversight of the execution of an approved federal budgetExperience providing budgetary inputs in support of statutory reporting requirementsKnowledge or experience with government Internal Control Program purposes and requirementsKnowledge or experience with Congressional budget actions, implications, and applications to government programsBasic Compensation:$83,800 - $125,700This range is for the Maryland area onlyThe offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.Additional Compensation:KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
