Job Description:
Collaborate and implement, delivery and oversight of the plans performance including product builds, new product initiatives, and supporting operations Manage a quality process to review or bring awareness to product changes within the systems prior to submission into Service Desk Plus Lead and collaborate on business operational and performance initiatives in support of the business Lead the coordination and documentation of benefit changes and all action needed, including owners Conduct current state analysis to gather current business, functional and non-functional requirements, including various sources of truth (product setup, provider manual, QRG, TMPPM and competitor sources) Manage the review and approval process of the content for the provider manual and Quick Reference Guides (QR - Gs) to ensure they are aligned with product setup changes, including state approval where applicable utilizing the critical elements defined in the HHSC Uniform Managed Care Manual Chapter Analyze ...Support, Business Operations, Consultant, Business, Remote, Project Management, Technology, Healthcare
