Citizens Private Bank has accelerated its strategy to build out Wealth Management, scale Business Banking, grow deposits, and expand in key growth markets. We are looking for talented individuals with a demonstrated track record of delivering a gold glove experience to clients that results in long-term client loyalty. Citizens Private Wealth presently manages and advises on over $20 Billion in assets, offering a wide scope of services, expertise, and research, while intimately focusing on each client's unique circumstances.
While receiving a moderate level of guidance and direction, the incumbent is responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day running of this Infrastructure area. Day-to-day running of infrastructure area may cover activities such as facilities, space planning and moves, and systems development and support. Incumbents may also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring the infrastructure area costs and may also be involved in strategic business planning and change management initiatives. Furthermore, you will build knowledge of the company, processes and customers when liaising with the other business areas such as human resources, legal & compliance, and operations which may also be an integral part of the role.
Change & Release Management
* Works with Project Manager, Business Managers, Business Subject Matter Experts and vendors to analyze business needs, documents requirements and propose solution options that fully address any operational needs, gaps or issues.
* Assesses information and validates there are no other alternatives or viable options in place and that a change is needed; obtains required approvals to proceed with change request and delivers communications and trainings on changes as needed
Applications, Data and Reporting Support
* Covers a centralized business support mailbox, provides timely responses, updates and completion of requests
* Triages questions, issues and requests for reports, data or applications consulting with Sr. Colleagues as needed
* Coordinates with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues, ensures resolution is complete and effective
* Produces weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and reconciliations as assigned, obtaining Sr. Colleague review and approval where needed
* Provisions user access to assigned applications
SharePoint Management and Administration
* Posts content and communications
* Develops new libraries and information architecture as needed
* Provisions user access and develops access roles/groups where needed
Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree preferred
* 1-5 years of experience with core banking platform support is required
* 1+ years of experience gathering and adapting information for business needs
* Experience leading process improvement work and/or complex reporting that requires reconciliation and application support. (Problem Resolution Skills)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with SS&C and/or InnoTrust preferred
* Experience in banking and wealth/money management management preferred
* SharePoint knowledge/administration is a plus
Hours & Work Schedule
* Hours per Week: 40
* Work Schedule: M-F
* Work Structure: Hybrid (Within a commutable distance of the cities denoted)
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
