Job OverviewPosition Schedule: Full-TimeThe
Client Reporting team is responsible for the delivery of US and CA client statements, trade confirms/prospectus and electronic client reporting. We coordinate production, implement enhancements and defect fixes, partner with statements service, communicate with branches and third-party vendors.Responsibility Summary:
- Plan, lead, and execute enhancements to existing processes, tools, and systems within Client Reporting.
- Act as technical consultant with business and I.S. leaders from multiple divisions and with varying levels of influence. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and explore relationships with 3rd party vendors to offer tools and solutions that make it easier, faster, and better for branch teams to meet client needs.
- Adopt processes for risk controls (e.g., Privacy, Business Continuity Planning, Record Information Management, Written Supervisory Procedures) and coordinate with departments to complete the applicable requirements.
- Determine appropriate workflows because of qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Act as subject matter expert in assigned product area(s) of emphasis.
- Provides feedback, coaching, training, and guidance to help develop other associates; takes a leadership role in the development of new associates/interns; and may lead other associates.
