Business Analyst - Full Time - Hybrid, Yakima Washington

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst I to join our Business Technology team. This role involves optimizing enterprise systems, supporting ERP, WMS, and other platforms, and transforming data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative environments, has strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrates a commitment to driving efficiency and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent professional experience with 2+ years in a related role.
• Experience with report-writing tools (Crystal Reports, Power BI, SSRS, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL, C#, Visual Basic, HTML, XML, and Java or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Microsoft database environments and basic understanding of web services.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and documentation.
• Preferred: WMS, inventory control, and network/database administration experience.
• Strong communication skills for technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
• Ability to manage security profiles and access within ERP systems.
• Collaborative and driven team player with a focus on internal customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document user needs to develop system solutions.
• Oversee ERP, WMS, and enterprise services projects to meet business objectives.
• Troubleshoot and maintain various software platforms (ERP, WMS, CRM, etc.).
• Design and administer reporting tools to transform data into actionable insights.
• Coordinate third-party vendor activities for enterprise system enhancements.
• Propose and implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
