Risk Operations Service Delivery Analyst Group EDPP OpEx Sub-group EDPP OpEx Risk Operations Working in EDPP OpEx Position summary We are looking for a candidate who is well-versed in business system analysis, design and project management. OpEx Risk Operations Team mitigates risk by remediating all RISE deliverables, infrastructure vulnerabilities, not permitted technology (NPT) and end of life (EOL) on time thru collaboration with EDPP application POCs, EDPP Governance, and Risk partners. They will be responsible for completing the necessary updates and documentation required, including Enhanced Remediation Program (ERP) Exception Process, to close the deliverable or vulnerability working with the necessary teams. They will closely work with process and application teams to provide assistance, resolve questions and ensure timely completion of the requirements and related implementations. They will be reporting on a daily basis Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to help drive the success of the Operational Excellence Risk Operations program. Responsibilities Analyse and evaluate the current risk deliverable and to identify the required resolution Manage risk deliverable end to end process including ERP creation, task timeline and implementation Monitor development, testing and implementation process Monitor, measure, and provide feedback on the deliverable or vulnerability process Perform Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) with risk owners Develop/implement resolutions based on the specific risk requirements/needs Support the development of Tableau Dashboards with executive level reporting for all Risk Operations Documentation writing in support of each type of risk deliverable, vulnerability and NPT resolution process Facilitate meetings that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with development teams, application process users and risk teams Create innovative insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership Required Skills 2+ years of business systems analysis or business systems design experience Bachelor's degree in business information management or technology management or equivalent Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills Strong demonstration and facilitation skills Strong Analytical skills with high attention to details and accuracy Strong project management skills Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote and SharePoint) skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organization levels Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment Desired Skills Experience working with risk related hardware and software resolutions, task management and implementation Experience working with hardware and software version upgrades & migrations Experience developing an d creating Tableau Reporting & Dashboards Experience with .net, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL Queries, HTML, CSS Experience working with JIRA and Agile project methodologies Experience developing solutions to an organization's processes Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
