Genesis10 is currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst with CAT (Consolidated Audit Trail) experience. This is a contract to hire role with a Financial Services client in downtown Minneapolis MN. Must be on site 3 days a week.

Business Systems Analyst-CAT (Consolidated Audit Trail)

This position will be 50/50 in terms of functional and technical. From a technical perspective it will be SQL for querying of data and a resource who has done source to target mapping and overall data mapping.

Resource will need to have financial services experience and preferably if they have CAT experience which aligns to the operations side of the organization or compliance. CAT is in place to track every security trade and have a trail of who owns thru the process. For this project there are at least four workstreams and the one that this resource will align to will be an application that is being developed to track all errors and current process today is manual.

From a personality perspective this resource will need to be driven, think fast, move fast and be confident. They will be working with the trading desk.

This specific project is scheduled for over 2 years.

• Experience working in Agile environment
• Financial services background and preferably with CAT or consolidated audit trail.
• Experience with SQL and APIs
• Experience with Source to Target mapping
• Documents Requirements: Drafts functional and non-functional data requirements, leveraging previous info provided and input from business stakeholders.
• Creates Templates / Supporting Materials: Builds or leverages templates to facilitate working sessions and capture requirements and shares best practices with other project teams.
• This resource will need to be able to juggle a lot and be very strong on the requirements/user stories. Resource will need to have a driver personality.
