Job Description:

This position requires a combination of technical, analytical, project management and customer management skills. The Enterprise Business Systems Analyst is a key position on US's Digital Asset and Document Management Team. The ideal candidate must also have excellent project management skills, communication skills and feel comfortable working with technical and non‐technical members, customers, and management. Job Duties: · Possesses expertise in the business unit(s) they support, as well as an understanding of the IT organization's systems and capabilities. · Good Project Management skills working on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader. · Define a project's technical solutions/options using cutting edge technology. · Design a positive user experience. · Evaluate all development options and use creativity and independent thought to improve the user experience. · Analyze business requirements · Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications. · Educates the IT organization on the direction of the business. · Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation. · Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprise's competitive edge. · May make recommendations for buy versus build decision. · Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Included analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications. · Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. · Intermediate professional level role. · Works with business partners within one business function to align technology solutions with business strategies. · Demonstrates an informed knowledge of a business area to resolve problems on an ongoing business. · Supports several moderately complex business processes. · Works on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project lead. · May coach more junior staff. · May be required to work more than forty hours during the workweek, on weekends or 24 hours on-call, when special projects or deadlines need to be met. · Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: Education: A bachelor's degree is required. Equivalent professional work experience in a related field will substitute for required degree. Experience: · Verifiable work experience in an Enterprise Document and Records Management solution as a technical or business analysis. Willing to train the right person on OpenText for content management · Experience working with OpenText Content Server vs 22.x or higher. (Or willing to train the right person) · Previous experience with Enterprise Capture Center, Co-Collaboration and digitizing large content collections. · Demonstrated proficiency in gathering business requirements, documenting business process flows, and creating use cases and user scenarios · Understand and create workflow diagrams (swim-lanes) · Demonstrated proficiency in creating test scripts and executing test plans · Extensive experience with producing end user documentation and providing mentoring and guidance to business users · Strong problem-solving skills · Excellent time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently · Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. · Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing. · Ability to function as a team member. · Ability to work independently and establish good working relationships with other departments' staff. KSA's: Knowledge and previous experience with implementing Enterprise Connect, Co-Collaboration, Brava tools. Skilled in face to face and virtual trainings and creating training guides.
