About the Job:

We are currently looking to hire a Business Systems Analyst!

The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, IT, business, and 3rd party vendors to optimize Horizon's business processes by implementing technical solutions and enhancements.

You will be analyzing our processes, collaborating with business SMEs, and driving implementation of solutions to Horizon's SAP environment and integrated systems.

Working closely with the SAP Manager to troubleshoot technical issues, resolve user queries, and manage incident tickets for Horizon's SAP environment and integrated systems.

Reports to: Director, Business Applications

This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite in Broomfield, CO.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing business needs via business process analysis, collaboration, and observation.
  • Project management, business analysis, project implementation, vendor management
  • Perform SAP production support activities while simultaneously driving process and system improvements.
  • Support technical aspects of SAP systems, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on incidents, service improvements, and system enhancements
  • On-Call responsibilities outside regular working hours to respond to urgent and critical issues
  • Other duties as assigned.

The base compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000 commensurate with experience.

About You:

Competencies and Skills:

  • Strong SAP technical skills including system administration and configuration
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules, including but not limited to DP, APO, FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, and their integrations
  • Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills
  • Business process and analysis skills
  • Strong communication skills - Communicating changes effectively to users and stakeholders
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or in a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as an SAP business analyst in a similar industry strongly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of relevant business processes and their integration with SAP systems.
  • Food & beverage SAP experience
