Arthrex is actively seeking a Business Systems Analyst-LATAM Master Data Governance works directly with the Product Development, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, Commercial, Customer Service, Logistics, and Supply Chain departments within Arthrex. This person will be responsible for facilitating process improvements by engaging business and IT technical teams, as well as documenting, testing, analyzing, implementing, and testing the organization's data standards in SAP applications and enterprise systems with strong focus on international/global operations. Excellent communications and analytical skills, strong technical project management skills will be essential for this position. Location: This position will be based in our Arthrex Headquarters in Naples, FL to work directly with the team, with potential for partial-flexible WFH opportunity later.

This role will support our teams in Latin America. Ability to speak and write Spanish fluently is required; Portuguese is an added plus. Normal work hours are 8-5 Eastern but this role will need to interface with teams in Mexico, Colombia, Chile & Brazil, therefore some flexibility is required.

Main Objective:

Responsible for facilitating process improvements, engaging business and IT teams, and designing and/or testing, analyzing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's data processes in SAP.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) and business processes to be able to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements.
  • Shape business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions.
  • Participate in Analysis, Testing, Management, and Maintenance in an Enterprise environment, including (where applicable):
    • a. Collect, document, and analyze business requirements for data and process.
    • b. Monitor reports for unusual activity and escalate or makes recommendations for resolution.
    • c. Participate in infrastructure projects to provide application specifications and requirements, as well as operational, run book, and capacity planning information.
  • Support user acceptance testing and user training activities.
  • Adhere to the Quality System Procedures and Change Control.
  • Lead and/or participate in delivery of projects.
  • Provide Application End User support.
  • Respond, resolve, or escalate reported incidents.
  • Under management direction, may participate as SME for audits.
  • Complete all QA Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions in a timely manner.
  • Create artifacts as appropriate, including business case documentation, scope documentation, detailed functional requirements, operational requirements, process flows, and manual and automated test cases.
  • Communicate tradeoffs to business partners and work with them to shape requirements accordingly.
  • Help resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholder discussions and escalate issues where appropriate.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

Follow established methodology for the identification and documentation of business requirements or use cases with acceptance criteria.

Specialized Skills:

Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

Knowledge of governance principles of change control, data ownership, separation of duties

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree required
