Business Systems Consultant are required to take ownership of tickets and exercise a broad range of technical and problem-solving skills, investigating, researching, troubleshooting, escalating and/or resolving incidents in an efficient manner.Responsibilities:75% incident management/resolution, 25% business system configuration & testingIT help desk technicianIncident Management & legal case management systemsMitratech's team connect (system tool)Defines, contributes and/or coordinates the development and approval of the test plan, approach and scriptsExecutes and/or coordinates the implementation of the test plan, approach and scriptsDocuments, monitors and coordinates resolution of test issues per established processesServes as a resource related to multiple system applications or business processesSystem support resolutionGathering requirementsIncident resolution as tickets come in, they're assigned out & workedConfiguration to system changes, data elementsDesired Skills/Qualifications:Ticket resolution and troubleshootingInvestigation, research, and analysisIncident managementBusiness system configuration and system testingKnowledge/experience with BMC HelixBenefits:Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
