Leading Financial Services Firm in Manhattan, New York!Long term contract with competitive rate and opportunity for conversion!About Our ClientA Wealth Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services.Job DescriptionLeverage expertise in private markets business processes, reporting, data structures, and technology to design effective business solutions.Contribute to the development of business case documentation and ensure project delivery aligns with intended outcomes.Lead analysis of current state processes, systems, and roles to define necessary transformations for achieving business case goals.Evaluate the strategic, operational, business, and technology architecture implications of proposed initiatives and major projects.Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and benefits for investors.Build and manage key stakeholder relationships across asset classes and business teams, providing leadership and support in understanding governance frameworks that facilitate strategic change.Enhance the visibility of Business Transformation methods and projects during stakeholder engagements, raising awareness of planned and achieved benefits.Assist in evolving enterprise architecture documentation, including business process models, business rules, and data and application architectures, in collaboration with business users and owners.Aid in evaluating new or revised business and investment solutions and improvement opportunities within the context of strategic, operational, and risk management frameworks.Oversee the integration of strategic projects by managing dependencies, risks, and resource allocation across initiatives.Please note that this role is local to New York City.
