Bussers will help bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs. Maintaining a high level of cleanliness within the dining room.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils; being alert to guest spills or other special needs
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware and dishware
- Clean, sanitize and reset tables after guests leave
- Maintain health and safety regulations at all dining areas
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
- High energy levels
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent verbal communication skills
