JOB TITLE: Busser/Server Assistant
JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Busser to support our wait staff and set up our dining areas. If you enjoy a fast-paced way of working and want to kickstart your career in the hospitality industry, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience.
REPORTS TO: Restaurant Supervisor/ Restaurant Manager
PRIMARY DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
* Set up dining areas before service
* Cleaning and resetting tables
* Lifting, carry, and clearing of trays
* Bread and water service
* Vacuuming & moping required
* Check out with a supervisor before leaving
* Assist in the kitchen expo position, taking food from the kitchen to the guests
* Constant open lines of communication with the servers, to allow the best possible guest experience.
Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years of age.

* Part-time, Full-time, and Seasonal positions
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to work and be on your feet for long hours each day. Must be able to lift and carry trays ranging from one (1) to fifty (50) pounds in weight.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Schedule includes weekends and holidays and may include long hours on a daily basis. Work takes place primarily in the kitchen and dining room, although other serving areas in the resort are sometimes used.
HAZARDS ENCOUNTERED: Spills or grease on walking surfaces; broken glassware or china; hot food, dishes or beverages.
