General Purpose:
Process butter into butter oil and into packagable form
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help keepscrap butter melted down
- Operates and sanitizes oil system as needed
- Monitors employees assigned to rework
- Keep self and equipment in a sanitary fashion
- Communicate with supervisors and lead about the days plan as well as the next days plan of production
- Understand CIP and oil process
- Perform required function within SAP program
- Adhere to all DFA Quality and Food Safety policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity
- Adhere to all DFA Safety policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity
- Adhere to all DFA GMP policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity
- Other duties as assigned by management
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to use commercial English, grammar and arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division as required
