YOUR TASKS

* Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.

* Select suppliers based on given criteria, achieve best cost and terms and condition.

* Monitor the process and communicate risks and opportunities with Stakeholders and/or other functions.

* Closely cooperate with peers and other functions to actively support process improvements.

* Manage purchase orders - from purchase request creations and review through sending to the supplier till final delivery and payment.

* Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships.

* Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures and process flow, DTPs and other relevant documentation guidance.

* Contribute to vendor assessment process based on given criteria.

YOUR PROFILE

* Proven purchasing experience min. 3 years.

* Very good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.

* Organization and analytical data management skills.

* BA / MA University degree.

* Fluent command of English.

* Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including excel pivot tables and complex formulas.

* Ariba, iValua, SAP, Oracle, Coupa or any other sourcing systems will be an asset.
