Company name: Oral Arts Dental Lab Position: Expeditor Schedule: 1st Shift (M-F) Location: Huntsville, AL Oral Arts is a full-service, family-owned and operated dental laboratory. We manufacture dental prostheses, such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, orthodontic appliances, etc., and immediately need a full-time Expeditor. Description of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Scan production for each technician using a hand scanner
- Run carts of work to Quality Control, shipping and receiving, and/or other departments as needed
- Track and expedite the completion of high-priority cases
- Run production reports throughout the day for department manager and supervisors
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Required experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must have working knowledge of fax, copy machines, and general administrative equipment.
- Must have working knowledge of desktop applications, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment and an individual work environment.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
