My client, a global Real Estate Investment Manager, is seeking a C# Software Developer to join their technology team in Dallas, Texas.

In this role, you will work closely with portfolio management, risk management, and accounting teams to deliver innovative technology solutions that address their unique challenges. Key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and supporting their proprietary mortgage loan management systems, as well as enhancing and maintaining existing applications to optimise business workflows.

As part of a dynamic and fast-paced team, you will have direct exposure to senior technologists and business stakeholders, playing a critical role in driving operational efficiency and establishing the firm's technological leadership in financial services.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled developer with a passion for technology and quantitative finance to contribute to the core platforms that drive the research and trading of cutting-edge investment strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement software solutions using C#, SQL and other interpreted languages
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, resolving issues in a timely manner
• Work with users and support team to solve application issues
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve skills and contribute to the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field or the equivalent work experience
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and efficient .NET applications
• Develop and manage SQL databases, including writing complex queries and optimizing performance
• Experience in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#
• Experience with SQL Server, including T-SQL, database design, and optimization
• Experience designing and developing on the Public cloud
• Experience in the Fixed Income / Securities trading industry, mortgage products preferred
• Professional experience in data management and relational data
