Key Responsibilities: • Set up equipment, program, film, and box for scheduled products. • Verify product codes, vat, and sell-by dates. • Select, check, replace, or remove machinery parts as needed. • Check pallet identifications and trim blocks for surface defects. • Perform first-line maintenance and report issues. • Maintain temperature and speed adjustments for efficient operations. • Ensure proper sanitization, set-up, and safety of machines. • Operate all production machines. • Conduct and document quality checks. • Assist team members with line duties. • Rework products as necessary. • Scan and enter data into inventory systems. • Ensure product quality and correct packaging. • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. • Adhere to company rules, regulations, and core values, including food safety and quality requirements. Qualifications: • Dependable with a strong Commitment to your Team • Ability to read, write, and perform mathematical and weight measurements. • Mechanical aptitude and pallet jack certification preferred. • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. • Schedule flexibility and willingness to work overtime.
