Duties/Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently load and unload building materials from delivery trucks and other transport vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by keeping the job site free of debris, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly stored, and following all safety guidelines and regulations.
- Proper use of a variety of power and hand tools to cut, shape, and install building materials, as well as operate machinery such as forklifts and skid steers.
- Work closely with supervisors and follow construction plans to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required specifications.
- Track all materials entering and leaving the warehouse, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate.
- Efficiently executing all aspects of building to include framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and finishing work in a cohesive team environment.
- Remain flexible and adaptable, taking on other duties and projects as needed to support the overall success of the company.
