JOB SUMMARYService/repair cabinetry which includes cabinets, moldings, trim, hardware, etc. Touchup and adjust doors and drawer fronts. Experience in finishing very helpful.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Follow established safety/OSHA rules to maintain a safe and clean workplace.
  • Ability to understand and install cabinetry per layout.
  • Work with deadlines to complete the scheduled task.
  • Must have all tools to complete the job as required (cordless tools a plus).
  • Ability to work with and around other trades while completing work.
  • Must have a cell phone.
  • Reliable transportation.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

RequirementsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Preferably at least 1 year or more of cabinetry service work or cabinetry installation and/or finish carpentry skills.
  • Experience working with Homebuilders preferred.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining expectations.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Ability to follow installation guidelines.
